The recipe is pulled right from the back of the container (With a few tweaks)
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 pound of Pork (The tenderloin)
2 Yellow Onions
6 Tbsp. Patak's Curry Paste
1 Can of Diced Tomatos (15 Oz.)
1 1/3 Cups of water
1. Sauté onion in oil.
2. Add pork, cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in the curry, cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes and water.
5. Cover simmer until the pork is thoroughly cooked, about 1 hour. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
